D-4-2 Discharge Devices For Monitors
This section describes discharge equipment characteristics to be used with the monitor bodies. Discharge devices such as branch pipes or nozzles have several functions either, determining the flow rate of the system, the mixing the foam concentrate into the water flow, the expanding the foam solution by introducing air into the water flow and throwing a certain quantity of water/foam solution to a predetermined distance, or having the possibility to change the discharge pattern of the fluid thrown also from distance via actuators.
