The purposes of the applied techniques are not only to give color for high traceability and visibility of the product, but also and mainly used to extend longevity of the products under standard indoor or harsh environments like coastal territories.
Coating procedures are specially deļ¬ned and applied according to the raw materials typology and durability requirement. Hot Dip Galvanization and acc. to EN 1461 and Powder Coating services are outsourced to external suppliers.
Sand blasting applications are made internally as well as industrial coatings with airless spray. C.S.I. S.r.l. collaborates with well-known industrial coating material suppliers to guarantee duration requirements of ISO12944 up to C5-M marine grade coatings.
