CPC Concentrate Pressure Controlled systems produced by C.S.I. S.r.l. create an alternative to conventional bladder tank systems. Foam concentrate stored in the pressure vessel injected to the proportioner uses an impellent gas. While the system is in standby position, the foam concentrate tank is not pressurized, and the level measurement or replenishment is much easier than in the conventional bladder tanks. Pressure enters the CPC mixer employed simultaneously to proportion the foam concentrate flow. A pneumatically actuated valve provided between the pressure vessel and the CPC mixer isolates the line to ensure the foam concentrate consumption only when needed. Pressure vessels designed and constructed acc. to 2014/68/UE and bear CE mark. CPC systems provide up to 5000 liters capacity and are equipped with mixers up to 8”-DN 200 providing premix up to 8000 l/min.
